Terms of use

The terms on which you use SDR Lab. By using the site, you agree to them. They're written to be readable, not to trap you.

Who runs this site

SDR Lab is operated by Venture Harbour Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 8291791). “We” and “us” mean Venture Harbour Ltd; “you” means the person using the site.

What this site is

SDR Lab is independent editorial — our own research, opinions and ratings of AI sales tools and outbound agencies. The SDR Score is our editorial assessment against a published methodology, not a statement of objective fact, and reasonable people may disagree with a verdict.

Third-party information can change

Pricing, features and channel coverage for the tools we cover are set by their vendors and change often. We re-check on a monthly cadence and correct what we find, but we can't guarantee every figure is current at the moment you read it. Always confirm pricing and terms on the vendor's own site before you buy. If you spot something out of date, tell us.

Affiliate links and paid placement

Some links are affiliate links, and some vendors pay for featured placement (labelled PARTNER). This never changes a score or a ranking. Our full disclosure explains exactly how it works.

The agency directory

When you request quotes, we pass your brief to the agencies you select; we're not a party to any agreement you go on to make with them. We don't guarantee the work, pricing or results of any agency listed, and any engagement is strictly between you and them.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Don't scrape it at scale, attempt to disrupt it, misuse the forms, or copy substantial parts of our content without permission. Our content, branding and the SDR Score model are our intellectual property; you may quote and link to us with attribution.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content — including any decision to buy or not buy a tool, or to engage an agency. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
